Members Equipment Rental

LSSC maintains several sets of SCUBA gear for for teaching. While classes are not running we make this equipment available for rental to past students and active club members. 

The following equipment that can be rented from LSSC:

  • 80 cubic foot aluminum cylinder
  • Regulator with first stage, second-stage, and octopus
  • Console with pressure and depth gauge
  • Jacket-style buoyancy compensator (BC)
  • Gear bag

All equipment is serviced annually and is in very good condition thanks to our Equipment Manager. Priority will be given to recent graduates of our open water courses. All members may rent equipment weekly or for the season (June to August).

Individuals using LSSC gear will be responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.  All equipment rented must be cleaned, dried and tanks filled before returning it. Failure to maintain equipment will result in additional charges (e.g. $15.00 for an empty tank). To request equipment rental please contact the Equipment Manager.

You will be required to sign the Club Release of Liability Waiver prior to renting. The Equipment Manager and Chief Instructor have the right to decline requests to rent club gear. For wetsuits, weights and larger tanks, Travel Sports can meet all your additional requirments.

LSSC is a Not for Profit club and supports people in the London area who share a passion for the sport of SCUBA diving. We welcome divers from all certifying agencies. If you are not certified it would be our pleasure to train you in this wonderful sport. Our club is an ACUC International Training Club.
